Returns and exchanges

Return Eligibility 

KOLAB accepts returns on all products except accessories. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags and labels attached.  

Return Window 

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing support@kolabcollection.com with your order number. 

Return Shipping Costs 

• For customers in the contiguous United States (48 states), KOLAB offers free returns. 
• For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
• For international customers, KOLAB covers return shipping costs only for faulty products or shipping errors.  For these cases, please email support@kolabcollection.com with photos of the issue before returning. Once approved:
  • 1. Ship the item(s) to the provided return address at your own expense
  • 2. Keep your shipping receipt
  • 3. Email a photo or scan of your shipping receipt to support@kolabcollection.com
  • 4. Once your return is received and verified, we will refund both the product cost and your return shipping expenses
• For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Return Process - US Customers (Contiguous 48 states) 

1. Email support@kolabcollection.com with your return request and order number
2. You will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label via email
3. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup 

Return Process - Other Locations

1. Email support@kolabcollection.com to obtain the return address
2. Ship the item(s) to the provided address at your expense (unless eligible for free return shipping) 
3. Once received, your refund will be processed within 10 business days

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item. 

Refund Processing 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
