You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.
Credit/Debit Cards
We accept major credit and debit cards. Please note that kolabcollection.com does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. We also take fraud very seriously, so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.
To better protect our customers when making online payments by card, you may be presented with 3D secure security measures. This may require you to enter a password, get a security code via email or phone, or complete additional authentication steps such as fingerprint or two-factor authentication, depending on your bank's requirements.
If your payment was declined when using a credit/debit card:
1. Place your order again
2. Check that all card details are entered correctly
3. Ensure you enter the security code correctly
4. Contact your card issuer if the payment is still declined
5. Try paying with another card or payment method
PayPal
PayPal is an easy way to pay using today's most popular payment methods. You can set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website for free. When paying with PayPal, you'll be redirected to the PayPal payment page to confirm your payment.
You can also check out without a PayPal account by clicking on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" on the PayPal page.
Apple Pay
If your device and browser support Apple Pay, you'll see this option at checkout. You can pay with Apple Pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB cards.
Klarna
Klarna offers a "Pay later" option that lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free installments, paid every 2 weeks.
How it works:
1. Select Klarna's 4 interest-free payments option at checkout
2. Receive an email confirmation from Klarna
3. The first charge is made when your order ships
4. The remaining 3 charges are automatically processed every 2 weeks
Note: Klarna is currently only available for customers with a US shipping address.
