Where does KOLAB ship to?

We currently offer shipping to the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and select European countries. Free shipping is available to all destinations except for remote areas within the USA.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning duties and taxes are included at checkout - no additional charges upon delivery.

KOLAB offers free shipping on all orders except orders with shipping address locations listed in the US states below - a $25 shipping fee will be applied:

Once you have made a purchase, orders can take up to 1-3 business days to be packed and shipped.

Once shipped, arrival times are between 2-3 weeks.
 

Free Shipping Locations

For states that are not remote areas within the USA, we offer either free shipping or express shipping for $22.
  • Free Shipping will take 1-3 business days to be packed and dispatched. After dispatch, arrival times are between 5-10 business days.
  • $22 Express Shipping will also take 1-3 days to be packed and dispatched. After dispatch, arrival times are between 3-5 business days.
If your package must ship with a specific carrier to be delivered, please email us at support@kolabcollection.com before placing your order. We will do our best to make that change for you.
